I won an bid for a night in hotel in Amsterdam. Apparently, I booked a day and arrived to the hotel only to discover that this hotel is under construction. On the reception their offered to cancel my booking free of charge, but through contacting VakantieVeilingen. And I did contact support team explaining the situation and asking for refund. They said they will be back with answer in 10 days. It's been a month and no answer. Awful service!!

Lots of bidding bots (i believe), most prices are higher than other shops (the sending and arranging price make it higher), poor customer service, you have to pay the return products by yourself, you can not cancel your bidding if you wrongly put an extra number or you changed your mind (before the time over), poor quality in lots of products In general it's waste of time and money (Uninstalled)

I give 4 stars just because we are not allowed to cancel an order. I had to contact the client service and it was a bit of a struggle to find the way to do so. They didn't reply to my emails, so I had to find another way. The prices are a bit lower then the actual prices you can find, of course that depends on how many people want the product. Edited

Hello Guys, I just want to create awareness of this app, It happened that, I received an email which I most pay €57,8 from an Incasso called intrum giving my details by Vakantie Veilingen to threaten me, I paid it, then call them to ask why they're asking me to pay such an amount, They said that i clicked on a hotel and I didn't carry on with checking during December. And all I knew was... I just been introduced the app by a friend, so after downloading it I tried to explore the app.

The app does not open. Says there is no internet connection which is not true. Wrote to the email address given and the customer service said I could use the website instead. So I removed the app.. I just received an advert for the app and decided to reinstal it. Same problem. You need a knowledgeable customer service.
