There was a scrolling fault when selecting the meeting place initially. I emailed the fault in which they rectified. The rest of the the other tour selections worked very well apart from the last. In the last tour the driver didn't turn up at the correct location. This may be the fault with the tour operator rather than the app, but at least I got my full money back. So after a glitch with the scrolling section of the app (which may have been fixed after an update) and 3/4 tours worked, 4 stars.

one star less as we searched with our dates then when we tried to book, it said there was no availability. would make sense to show the lack of availability upfront as we wasted lots of time clicking into one activity to another only to find it wasn't available on the day we wanted.

Super helpful in finding interesting things to do in the area you're traveling. User friendly, easy booking, easy cancelation if your plans change (for some attractions). Variety of experiences. Highly recommend! The app is better than the website. Edited

The guided tour was just amazing, hands down best we have ever had. Nori, the guide, is a certified tour guide, was very knowledgeable about the culture, traditions, what to see, where to go. He is also a professional photographer and took such magical, postcard worthy photos of our family. This fact was invaluable and absolutely made our tour so much more special. I enjoyed this platform, but on a trip to Vietnam I was charged a 15% difference between GYGs stated price and my actual bank charge. After asking the help desk, they said it was the bank fees/currency. However Agoda/Klook/etc all charge in different currencies and bank fees in my country are never above 5%. I have never been charged more than USD 1 discrepancy on any other olatformm. An unexpected non-refundable 15% charge is wild. If you have a different option, I suggest don't use GYG.
