Pro: Rewards Cons: Can be confusing when first time using app. Redeeming does not automatically work at times. First time when I used it, code did not go through. Customer service sucks; been roughly 2 months with no help. New coupon will not work when released. Coupon will sometime not work at the actual restaurant. Had to order on app. Now of today, just notice there is a service fee charge of $5. What's the point of having deals when you're being charged for service fees. Edited

I went to Carl's Jr this morning with the intent to redeem some of my points for a breakfast burger, and was shocked to find a $5.01 "Service Fee" tacked on to the transaction. Appears to be added regardless of location or the price of the purchase. UPDATE: After receiving the response from the developer, I submitted more details through the site they linked, and while doing so I was automatically logged out of the app. Upon logging back in, the service fee was no longer there. There's no way to add a credit card as a payment method. You can't enter in any of the info for the card. I'm not able to make an in-app order because of this. Wasted my time placing a large order for my family. Frustrating. Ended up using a different fast food app to order food from another burger joint instead because their app actually works for payment. Another suggestion would be that maybe needed to turn off wifi if you were connected at that point. There maybe something restricting you with that.

if you try to use any of the rewards, if you click add to bag it takes you to your bag and the reward is not there. I love Carl's Jr but they got expensive during the pandemic and you really need to use the app to get the deals but the deals don't work in the app. click add to bag and it takes you to your bag... nothing. okay, so I add something else like fries bc it's with purchase, go back to deals and find one and add to bag. takes me to my bag... still just the fries, no deal. ANY DEAL. Edited

worst app in history. one day it stopped letting me sign in to my account, constantly says unable to sign in to external account. they claim there are all these great deals but of course they are locked behind the account, but its getting ridiculous that no matter what device I try it refuses to sign me in on my account. looked it up online and it looks like many many others are going through the same thing.
