This platform is quite frustrating. Once you place an order, you can't cancel it. Even after receiving the product, returns aren't allowed just because you don't like it-you have to provide explanations and go through a lot of hassle. Changing your mind isn't accepted. I've been shopping on Daraz for a long time, and they are far better than Cart Up in terms of service and convenience.

Prices of CartUp are generally higher than other platforms. Many attractive offer seem to be traps, often delivering copy or replica products instead of genuine ones. The process is quite troublesome, and getting in touch with sellers or customer care is difficult. Even when you do manage to contact them, the solutions provided are rarely customer-friendly. I'm uninstalling, bye.. 🤬

This app is very bad 😡This app has no credibility 😡I ordered two products but they gave me one. The quality of your products is very low! But they took the full payment. Even after my complaint they didn't return the product I was entitled to. I will never buy any products from this app again and I won't let anyone else!😡😡😡😡 Everyone please refrain from buying products from this app 😡😡😡
