There is stupid problem to add a adress from Different countries as Belgium. i can not add a postal code because it asking me to put letters in postal code and we don't have it. Also there is no option to put country in adress book. So app can be good to NL users but peoples from different countries i don't suggest to download it...

Never had any problems with CoolBlue or their app at all! Whenever I want to order any electronics or something similar I always check first if CoolBlue has it in stock. I've had so many delivery issues with Media Markt but never with CoolBlue :)

The app deserves 5 stars. But this review is directed to the customer support. I ordered a washing machine and it keeps leaking water. They sent 2 teams to fix the issue, but it remains.

Irrespective of the product I buy, I almost always have a positive experience with Coolblue. It's a very easy, smooth, stress-free process, and their customer service is excellent. I hope that they keep this up!! The app is also easy to use (except while navigating the saved items in the favourites page, at times).

I just deleted this app. It is handy for keeping track of my orders. But it does not allow me to visit customer service on the website. I keep getting redirected to the app, which is not useful. After trying to find a setting to fix the the problem for 45 minutes, it was just easier to delete the app. The two stars is bc I still love Cool Blue overall. I've made several large and small electronics purchases over the years and been very happy with them all. But the app needs work. Edited

Thanks a lot for your feedback (and your love of course!). Customer service integration has been limited but it is something we have been working on, it might be worth checking back in every now and again ;).
