I did chat with a rep and was able to straighten out the issue with little more hassle. initial review: very hard to get the pupillary distance measured as it has taken me several tries, now they sent another email without direct link to take another Pic, and I CAN NOT find it on the site directly, and that is where they send you! why can't things be easier for old people like me??!!! I ended up having to call twice, and I got to talk to 2 different specialists. Both of them were so amazing! They had answers for every question, and helped me get everything in order so that I could actually get the glasses I want. I'm incredibly impressed with every part of this company and just thank you so very much!! The glasses are perfect, the service was impeccable. Thank you again! Awful app, you can't add items to your cart without it giving an error over and over, can't submit payment if after dozens of attempts it does actually add something to your cart because that process is broken. If you switch to a computer to submit the order you then have to come back to the app to get a distance measurement but that it also broken. (You can use the website but it rejects every picture you submit). This is on a fully up to date Pixel 8 Pro, it's a poor app. I gave up.

Great idea and app but it only lets you try on certain colors at home and the shipping takes a very long time. I did this a few years ago and I don't remember the shipping being this long. Also sucks that they only let you try on 5 at a time so if you don't like the frames you send them back and then have to wait another 3 weeks or so before you can try on more. Other than that though it's a great app.

I have a couple of pairs from a few years ago that worked well. I have a light script. My most recent pairs, aren't working so well. I see better without them. Seriously I went to return them, I still have a month, and I'm told to email them with a comment. So I wait. They give you several choices when you start your return. I can not recall those. I can only speak to the return option for vision problems. I would say try WP, but don't count in them if you're in dire need to see.
