This app is horrendous, I have been trying to use it for 6 months, I have made calls to Cat themselves, with no resolution. You log in, says loading fleet then kicks you all the way back to the app store to open again. Only to repeat and then says app has stopped. I have tried this on 2 different devices only to have the same thing happen. Our company's ask us to use this technology, so you would think it would be dependable, but it's out right undependable. Just saying. Please fix it.

This app is not user friendly. Will not submit. Failure to keep notes in proper place when navigating to next subject. Camera use was 100 times better on version back in 2017. It had the ability to focus on a dark subject and move to lighten a dark subject. If there was another app I would use it. This is my job and this app is often agitating.

Nothing but problems with this app lately. I've used the app going on a year. It has worked flawlessly with my job and now all of the sudden nothing but issues with inspections not loading inspections being completed but not showing up in the web portal. It's really frustrating because I use this app all day long in my current job role. Edited

App works better with android phone, even though my dealer provides iphone. I use app to load inspections into the cloud to be available to my dealership everywhere. It is a game changer for service reporting. Very useful. I can take photos of machine and load the report later (at home! 🤣)
