This app was working fine a couple of weeks ago. Now, it no longer updates machine information. Download makes it to 44% and then just sits there. I've tried it numerous times. I've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing helps. So, as of right now, this app is totally useless! Edit: This latest update fixed the issue I was having. Thanks! Edited

I downloaded this app while in the CAT app. app will not open. I uninstall and added it again. still nothing. I either get a white screen or the SISGO main page with no further pages. have wasted an hour and still can't see parts for my machine!

Down loaded the app, signed in, and followed the DIRECTIONS, and got the exploded parts diagram I needed. Time will tell!

Sometimes logs in and works. Usually does not. I work at a dealer and struggle to get this app functional. I downloaded a lot of serial numbers to use remotely and guess what.. they are gone or not complete. App is slow to load. 2 step login verification is not good when you dont have reception - who would have thought?

can't update any of the c7 engines it freezes at 54,78,92% and fails to download but it downloads c4 engine just fine. what else can I do to update this app for c7 engines?
