App doesn't work. I'd really like to see my fluid analysis I sent in. I never heard anything. I wrote down a valid email and phone number and nothing. Now I'm looking at an engine that is broken because caterpillar decides it's not going to report any information back to its customers. This is just bad business. I am not happy about this. Horrible customer support. I paid for the fluid analysis kit and filled everything out correctly. Caterpillar is responsible for my engine being destroyed.

Machine is in the field, unable to manually add it and the dealership has been trying to a week now to get their software working to add it. Don't waste your time.

Hello Mccoy, Thanks for reporting. Can you please update to the newest version (Aug 3, 2023 update)? We have fixed the blank screen issue for unauthorized users. Then, if necessary, please contact your nearest Cat Dealer for VisionLink access.
