Not for me! I started using a way better organizer which is suited for my medical Notes called EZ Notes - Notes Voice Notes Logo is a Cool Blue Birdie 🐦 That App requires no permissions Has outstanding voice & camera features, including the best rich text formatting markup options for all my needs. This App requires dangerous permissions, and extra hassles with email sign ups etc. EZ Notes haa none of those issues and is more comprehensive and way more mobile.

I've been using for a couple weeks.... Busy clinical practice with 30+patients a day. I've found a couple issues but I've given feedback and been very happy with the responsiveness. Price is very fair. I look forward to learning more features and further use! Thank you 😊

This is next level! When I found chartnote years ago, it became a lifesaver. Now with this upgrade, I feel so much more comfortable. Making my documentation without even lifting a finger in the keyboard or having to sit tight at my desk... it just feels like magic. THANK YOU!!

I'm so tired of searching for free. This isn't free. It doesn't let you do anything but record for 15 min then you have to upgrade. But they got me to create an account.

Please fix app to allow for Google and Facebook sign-in. It is currently unusable for accounts who utilize this as a sign in method.

Spencer, thanks for bringing this to our attention. If you registered to Chartnote using Google or Facebook and want to log into the app, you will need to add a password to your account. To do this, once you log into Chartnote, go to Settings > Change Password.
