EDIT: // It seems those needing a Save button don't know(?) there aren't any Saves before you roll the dice in TTRPGs, & you hafta accept the outcome, which includes failing a roll even with high stats.🤷🏼‍♀️// This is my favourite of the V:tM games. Let me play a Gangrel, and I'm a fan FOREVER! The plot was intense, the main characters were intriguing, and the action was seriously awesome! And the TTRPG-ness of "rolling" stats: THANK YOU. I really hope this story's characters get a sequel! Edited

So it's an interesting idea, and definitely a good read but the mechanics are kinda screwed up? For instance, there was a moment in game that required int+academic, & I failed the check even though both of those stats for me was nearly capped, so that was kind of whack. Plus it's $10+ and honestly it's the most expensive COG I've ever come across. Edit: some of the wording is confusing like when you make a delivery to the plane, one of the options had "capped by drive" like what does that mean? Edited

As a VtM fan, this was worth the price. Immersive writing and despite being stat-heavy, the system is well implemented. The characters are enjoyable & romance was a nice addition to the story, all too rare in World of Darkness. The moral questions vs. survival was tense at times, carrying a sense of impact. Story mode is very helpful if the stat rolls feel too difficult! It's expensive, but it took 6-8 hours to finish just one run. If already a fan of VtM, it more than earns its price tag.

This is an awesome choose you own adventure VTM story! I like the characters for being interesting, there's lots of choices, and you can build your own character lots of different ways. The only downside is there's so many stats to keep track of its easy to lose track, and every update and dlc seems to add more glitches and typos. TLDR: great story but the code is a mess Edited

This is quite simply the best text based game I have ever played. Players make interesting decisions that meaningfully affect the narrative and have the opportunity to take their characters and stories in a variety of directions. Also, the writing is just plain excellent. Not only is the prose better than that of your average off-the-shelf popular genre novel, but there is interesting thematic content that elevates the narrative beyond a mere adventure story. Favorite mobile game ever.
