The new website and app are absolutely terrible. Every time I need to make a payment I have to enter my information all over again. My property address does not save and my payment method does not save. I'm wasting my time entering my information. Fix this please! Edited

No records of payments. App always crashes. And, as if right now I can't get past the loading screen. UPDATE. now, biometrics doesn't work. Edited
