Garbage If you need help you can only contact by email and it's not a quick response. My child's phone unbound itself and I had to jump through flaming hoops to figure out how to re-bind his device. Last, the money back guarantee is only if the app doesn't work as intended, not if you don't like the product after trying it for a few days. Last, watch out with the auto renewal they don't tell you about. Which is non-refundable. You must call ahead and remove the auto renewal.

This app strangely do not have a single review even after having many users shown here who had gotten it downloaded. It's a snooping app.After I installed n removed app,there is a strange repeated snooping action of either a camera/microphone micro icon appearing taking place, at times when my activity on the phone is noted !!!! Exactly like a spyware!!!! No way to totally inactivate their mission!!!!

Horrible, needs an icloud password which didn't say on there app and didn't get to use at all from day one. When I went to unsubscribe and delete account it came up with error and still charged me even though I sent 2 emails regards this experience very disappointed and want my money back do not even try to install it is a scam and don't believe that they say it is an anti spy software as they advertise that they monitor GPS locations and messages both via sms and email. whole set up is a SCAM Edited

Great app audit to see quickly what apps have access to mic and camera, and a quick tap here takes you to your settings to stop that permission. It will find hidden apps with a fake name and icon so you can delete it. This is an extra layer to my antivirus, I use manual scan with this app.

I really like this app. Much better than any of the other (not so) similar apps. I have had to contact customer service a few times, only because I’m not at all tech saavy. Which you dont need to be for this app. Joy, the representative whom i was in contact with was Always Very helpful,polite and most of all (for me…) Undertanding and patient. Joy, if you see this, Thanks a million! Sorry that i had to unsubscribe after a long time of fantastic service and a great quality app.
