Was logged put of the app from an apparent update and then locked out of it for a week (and counting) I have contacted the support, with screen shots and details of the issue, 2 days later received an email that noted they had internal IT problems and I'd be able to log back into the app in a few days! I reinstalled the app on my own troubleshooting, didn't work, I continue to receive a message my email doesnt exist I I'm locked out w/ connected devices also locked out!

Not sure whats going on, but as of this morning, I can't do ANYTHING on this program, the computer interface is as unusable as the app, no logs, no history, cannot start or view ANY recordings, no remote shots, no sync location, no access to ANYTHING!! This program is not exactly cheap and as of now, I'm literally paying for nothing, it's almost like the dev's decided they were going to mess everything up and then leave for the day. PLEASE FIX QUICK!!!!! THIS IS NOT WHAT I PAID FOR!

You only get a refund if they can't get the product working, not if you don't like the product. Since this company has no phone support, it took me around 30 emails to get it installed and working only to find out there's no dashboard app to view the information on my child's phone. I have to log into a clumsy desktop dashboard. I still haven't had the time to see if there are notification or other settings to set up. I'm going back to MSpy. They have a great easy to use app.

This app is trash for several reasons. 1. The location feature will tell me she's in California when she's in her bedroom in Ohio. 2. The geofence will tell me she's crossed out of it and we're in the SAME ROOM within the geofence. 3. The messages and social media activities don't update in real time and sometimes for DAYS! U only get 1 side of some chats too. 4. The screenshot feature works when it wants to. Mostly get an error message. The record calls feature has NEVER worked. 0 stars...

Communication is spotty. Only 2 of the 7 features advertised as part of the Pro plan are included. The other 5 are locked behind another paywall. A search for bondage, as in the bondages of slavery, turned up porn. Had we used the basic phone features, porn would have been blocked. Since Clevguard had me disable them, we saw things we wish we could unsee! In the web version, some of the other features work sporadically at best.
