Just started - went through the initial setup and selections, but right after I was greeted to begin and I adjusted my phone microphone to be enabled "While using this all" - AI instructor volume dropped from 100% down to maybe 20% and doesn't allow me to adjust higher so that I can hear her better. I have difficulty hearing so this is a huge hit on my personal experience with this app. I'll continue to work through and see if it gets any better.

Nice concept, but it needs work. The AI doesn't pronounce the Spanish words correctly, so how could someone who didn't know this learn to say words correctly? Also, when using the microphone to speak back to the AI, it frequently misunderstands completely what was said no matter how slow and clearly I pronounced the phrase, which makes the answers wrong. Wish it worked better, but I canceled and am deleting the app.

Good start. But I have to request refund of my 1 year subscription because 1) ugly work with vocabulary. Why do you set a word as learned just because AI used it in its speech? 2) Poor correction of mistakes. I can practice speaking to Alexa or Google for free. The same result. It corrects mistakes when revising rules only. This is not valuable. It does not make sense to pay 1 year if it's enough to pay a month and get everything possible from the app within a month! At least for non-beginners

it's so amazing! it has good conversation AI agent. but the thing i disliked about it is that its servers are too slow, it takes time to recognize our words and then takes time for its response while on the other hand it gives only 5 minutes for free version which seems useless

Today 6/7/2025 I activated the free trial option for Learna app to check how this app works and I used it just for a few minutes and I believe this app does not work for me, so I tried to cancel the trial subscription but despite them indicate that you can cancel before your trial period ends to avoid automatically charges on your credit card looks like that it is impossible, there is not an option for that. It is easy to join but difficult to cancel.
