This is a data mining app. It wants permission into your most personal information. It even wants permission to listen in on you through your microphone!!! Not only does it listen to you but it wants to operate your camera so it can see you. it wants permission to your photos, contacts ,account info, No honest logging app needs or requires this information. It tracks your location 24/7/365 and can listen in on any conversation you have on the phone and read ALL your text messages. BEWARE!!!!! Edited

I need to clarify here that we do not listen to the conversation or read the messages. Please let us know why do you believe we do this? Regarding the other permissions, we have improved this in our next App release and only ask for the specific permissions which are needed.

There are a few annoyances. But the most annoying feature is that it constantly asks me if I have shipment ID and/or tells me of unverified logs. GET RID OF THIS FEATURE. Each one interferes with the other. When I am trying to verify logs, it wants to have the Shipping ID and when I am trying to type in the shipping ID it wants to verify logs. Sometimes we have empties which means there is no Shipping ID but it keeps asking. The system needs to just STFU and wait until I can deal with it!

I have alot of likes for this app. It makes ifta reporting a breeze. However, if you run Canadian trucks & American trucks, you cant separate them into miles and kilometers. It gives you the option but even after changing all the settings it doesn't change them You abe to run all trucks in either or. Called support and no results Edited

Poorly coded. The UI thread is constantly locking up while background tasks are being completed. This problem persists regardless of internet speed with GeoTab. Button presses, UI updates, and most eLog actions such as verifying logs can be a nightmare. Simple internet calls take milliseconds and obviously should be completed asynchronously or with a job scheduler for slow connections. Leaving the UI and basic functionality responsive. GeoTabs Android team should definitely start from scratch.

In our entire fleet it is a very glitchy App. It is confusing to difficult to scroll between pages. For Example, all our dreams drivers log out their accounts as being off. But when someone else drives a vehicle it automatically logs the off person back in and as the driver. This leads to many log infractions. Another problem is if you are a passenger or in a moving vehicle it prevents you from doing anything on the App. Not a good app for random vehicles & drivers.
