I can't do one single project without closing and re-opening the app because the smart guide lines will be nowhere near the image itself, just on some random part of the screen, so it doesn't work accurately. When moving my images, they'll clip off the screen instead of correcting against the edge of the grid. Extremely frustrating!

The print to cut feature has sbeen malfunctioning for the past 4 years and it hasn't efficiently been fixed, especially for Androids. I've tried on three separate devices and new pictures fail to show up when going to make a project. A common issue expreseed across multiple forums. I've tried all the basic troubleshooting but the issue is still not resolved. The app lacks any and all reliable features that would make troubleshooting more effective.

I used to love this app. But not anymore. I don't know why Everytime I do a print & cut my color is off & I've got pinstripes thru every print no matter if I print using my android phone laptop or tablet it all comes out the same. I don't like the fact that when we upload images you have to clean up ur entire design right then & then save it otherwise you have to start over. It be nice to start cleaning an image and being able to save progress if not done then pick up where u left off at later.

Seemingly if you're attempting to use your cricut for anything other than the most basic of operations, you're using the wrong machine. Tons of issues with their attaching to the canvas. Machine is always skipping whole steps in the middle of projects. Had more issues than success with this machine. Easily makes cheap decor and you can put text on stuff. Other than that there's other cutting machines more worth your time and money. 7/17/25 App has had many updates and its considerably worse now. Edited

the app is difficult to use because you have to learn all the individual symbols and icons. then there is the weekly update or maybe more often that doesn't even do anything other than slow down the app. it's been several updates and anytime i need to resize by dragging text boxes, it slows so much i has to load and sometimes i get a message to wait or close the app.
