The app is great... when it works. Most of the time, I'm greet with a blank screen and it won't load anything for me to be able to access any messages sent to me or even zoom calls when I need to speak to my therapist or doctor.

Broken. When signing up, interface keeps returning an error that password cannot be blank. But it isn't blank and satisfies all password requirements. The password setup error is happening on the website in Chrome, Edge, as well as in the android app.

Use to work, although the slowest app on my phone, it does nothing but turn my screen into a flashlight. Need an appointment with a Dr not a useless flashlight.

It asked me to plug a key into "your preferred authenticator app" to receive a one time code. I have no idea what that means. Edited
