I love seeing the 'blood journey' but making appointments on the app is very rough. If I select a location and change my kind, if I select the "back" button I have to start the search all over. It should take me back to the previously searched list, not back to the start of the search. That part of the app is painful, but I like the rest.

App says I need to authenticate to see Rewards, but says login is incorrect even though the same credentials work on the computer. I completed the Rapid Pass on my computer. When finished, I clicked Email. The email doesn't show the barcode, just a broken picture icon. I go back and select Print. the print-out has a broken graphic icon where the barcode should be. The app doesn't acknowledge that I've already filled out the Rapid Pass. Why should I donate when you make it this difficult? Edited

Pretty functional for basic stuff but still needs work for things like scheduling (I tried to schedule my next donation right after giving that day and it kept suggesting the next day and so on ... didn't register that I had just given and automatically suggest the next allowable time (8 weeks later)! lots of things like that. Plenty of room for improvement, but not bad ... for now.

Most of the features are awesome, but there is still a lot of clunkiness. They had trouble with rapid passes being unavailable without cell service.... fixed that and created a new problem with donor cards being unavailable. The 'smart scheduling' that is based on your last appointment doesn't account for having given blood on day of, despite the app having access to that appointment. Solvable with 'Were you able to give today?' The in-app scheduling is clunky overall.

Great for scheduling and questionnaire. Rewards program needs improvement. Waited for a year for the store to open and find out it was open only for one month and my points will expire before it opens again next year. Would be better not to have a rewards program than be so stingy and aggressive in avoiding redemptions.
