I am writing to report a recurring issue I’ve been experiencing with the Cupiee app. For some time now, I have not been receiving notifications consistently. This problem is affecting my ability to stay updated and use the app efficiently. I have already checked my phone's notification settings and ensured that the app has all the required permissions enabled. Despite this, the issue persists intermittently. I would appreciate it if your technical team could look into this matter

it always glitches like the chats between me and the ai doubles,after chatting i scroll up to see our chats are double plus the ai doesn't put much effort almost like it doesn't even read most and I once wrote about my life story and when I sent the whole text is gone and it tells me to continue so I purposely ask the ai to tell me where I left and it tells me that it forgot and I am so hurt by that cuz I came to feel a little light after being frustrated so much and it made me so angry☹️. It's honestly mostly all paying to do anything. It's really just a basic ai chat box and the other "personalities" cost money so you can't really try it for free, although I'm sure there's a free trial

ok so I didn't got space on my phone so I had to delete it:( by the way it was fun to use,I actually never fed the poor panda(pls forgive me little panda I'm sorry lol) and it still worked,I'm saying this for those who gave 1 star and said its expecting us to feed panda and also its just a ai like a c.ai what yall expecting there might be bugs!anyways thanks for reading :3
