I purchased a 2-week package for $7.99 and was prompted to download the app. However, as I complete the lessons, I'm asked to sign up for a 3-day trial and pay $5.99 weekly. I'm disappointed and frustrated by this unexpected request. Being charged twice for the same service is unacceptable. I expect more transparency and customer-centricity from this app. Please resolve this issue, or I'll be forced to delete the app.

Unreviewed information. That is unacceptable for a paywalled app, not to mention dangerous. Info is outdated and full of errors. Routine features are uncustomizable and useless for those in most areas. AI chat feature requires coins. Yes, the plan is very expensive but this app should not be trusted EVEN IF IT WAS FREE.

So it $20/week however if you do the 1 week free trial it ups it to $30/ week. Idk why some apps overcharge so much, if they made it $30/ month people might actually use it and they'd make way more money in the long run.

You have to pay. There is no free version, you have to pay to use it at all. Idk why your wouldn't just have people buy the app instead of putting the entire app behind a paywall
