The previous app had less issues. This app is trash. There is no way to send a message to ALL people or all one group & your only option is to message people individually. On top of that, this new app does not save my credentials. Ever. Even when I click the "remember me" button. I'm sure I don't even have to mention how often this app is under maintenance. All of us know this already. So, Darden, if you want to roll out a new system, make sure the most basic functions actually work

They even made a new app to fix the old one constantly being down just for the new one to have twice as many issues it's not like Darden can't afford to hire someone who actually knows how to make an app. 5 trys later and it just keeps getting worse every time, I've worked here for 4 years and the most usable version of this app was the one I started with, still barely worked but I could at least check my schedule without it being down or pick up a shift, I get the notification but not the shift Edited

It is, and always has been, THE WORST app I use in my daily life. Where do I begin... the new version won't let use a saved password so I have to manually put it in every time, and then, it always misses a couple keys of it so I have to re-enter the same thing. So weird!! It goes down periodically... right when I need to see my schedule. I have to click several buttons twice to get where I need to go. The old version was better but barely. Terrible app. Sucks were forced to use it.....

This app is a step backwards from the previous one in every way . I was forced to download the new one. It's constantly down for maintenance, and when it is you can't see your schedule or any information at all! It also constantly signs you out, extremely quick,unlike the previous app that just asked for your 4 digit pin. So you have to keep signing in over and over when you want to see your schedule I hate this app

I have had many work apps that have a schedule. This is probably the worst one yet. It glitches frequently. They took away group message for the new people that are getting the app. So you can only message privately. The my shift portion is the most glitchy part of the app. It buffers then it ends up saying access denied sorry. Like a server is down every week. It's also slow to notify. When you're in the app you don't get the notification that something has happened until 10 minutes later.
