The employee mobile number is not visible in the app (only on desktop). This makes it very difficult to contact staff quickly. Every time, I have to open my laptop, search for the employee, and manually type their number to call from my phone. Please add the mobile number below the email ID in the app itself, so we can directly tap and call. This small change will make a big difference for managers who work on the floor. Don’t hide this under “security reasons” — it’s a basic need.

In the mobile application, there is only one option which appears for location-office. In the web version, there are more options. Also installation fails for every update with error message -"couldn't update"

very bad. Lots of bugs. My recent experience. Not able to install the available update in my Galaxy S25 Ultra. The app is highly unstable. Its been a month since i posted my concern in the form of review and no response from your end which shows your attitude towards the customer. Edited

There is always an update that says "couldn't update", tried all possible ways to resolve but it appears repeatedly. Frustrated. Please resolve from your end. This problem was solved on 8.3.4, now after 8.3.5, the problem again appeared.

Every time update received at that time we update from playstore but message display "could not update" then again uninstall and install then update.... also everytime when installed that time company code issue also happen.... also discussed with HR team but not resolved yet.
