Dear Dashreels Support Team, I had taken a 7-day trial membership for 2 around 3rd or 4th July 2025. Before the trial ended, I cancelled the Autopay from both the Dashreels app and my UPI platform. The app clearly showed that the Autopay was cancelled. However, on 14th July 2025, 236 was still debited from my account without my consent. This is a serious issue as I had already cancelled the service. I request you to please look into the matter and initiate a refund of ₹236 at the earliest.

This is the poorest application I have ever seen in my life. I have tried so many times to watch the episode but the app was unable to start the videos every time it says to start the free trial but I have already claimed the free trial within only two hours I am very exhausted and angry.

good show but worst app I tried so many time but not able to watch episode even if my trial period is not over I was aiming for paid subscription but after this experience I changed my mind if support can fix this I am still onboard to buy subscription

Worst App Ever! This app is a complete disaster. Full of bugs, crashes all the time, and nothing works as promised. Support is useless and never responds. Total waste of time and data. Don’t download — you’ll regret it!

ye app fraud kertha hai deshreels app is a fake app. It charges Rs 399 after taking a 7 day trial for Rs 2. The app does not work after taking the subscription from the account. On calling its help number, the number does not get recharged. Edited
