For the amount of money I pay monthly, this app should do more than work occasionally! I get more error messages than loads displayed. Hit or miss, sometimes it works, more times it does not. Frustrating and Disappointing! Uninstalled and back to using the original app. Edited

I've been using the old DAT app for years and was happy about it, even with this DAT ONE app few weeks ago, but now after the upgrading, it's become garbage. The refreshing is slow and on top of that, when you refresh it, it doesn't take you to the new adding loads. You have to scroll the screen to be able to see the new loads which makes you miss easily on some good ones. The app is not free, I am paying over a $100, therefore you guys have to fix it or bring back the old version.

I hate being forced to use this app. I run a company with multiple trucks that I have to find loads for. I pay $170/mo for your service. Been using the old app for 2 years and like it so much better. This new app is garbage and it's so hard to easily scroll through available loads and have pertinent details available now without having to manually look at each one. Before you had deadhead, loaded miles, price, weight, etc easily viewable while looking at the list.

It was working fine until the MAP allowing visualization of a route for a tendered load from shipper to receiver was suddenly removed after the App has gone through some updates. The map was a critical feature that helped many of us truckers make a sound business decision in terms of negotiating rate for a particular lane. For example, a load from Houston TX to Calverton NY (Long Island NY) would reveal that the load is heading to an expensive toll riddled destination. Bring back the MAP. Edited

You guys should reactivate the old version. It's much easier to use and read. ///Update review: 11/4/2023 Now the new update on the app is harder to view because each screen only shows 2 loads at a time. Lots of empty spaces. As a truck driver/mobile user, it makes it more difficult because you have to constantly scroll to view. Please compress it to at least 4-5 loads per page like the old version to make it easier to go through hundreds of loads faster. Edited
