I love that I can start my truck and track it from anywhere. Smart start is an awesome upgrade for the DS4 system for a Bluetooth option if you don't have service to unlock it. My only downside is with the smart schedule system. I would prefer that you can just set it to start at a certain time and it just does it on its own. Not a reminder telling you to start it yourself. I think it would be better to start itself and then tell you your vehicle has started. Otherwise awesome company!

Constantly stating login failed and try again after 10 minutes. Even after 10 minutes, still doesn't work. Have had to uninstall and reinstall the app multiple times just to log in. Even then it barely works. Account is paid in full for the year but most of the time the app is not useable. Very disappointed. Please fix this or give us a refund.

Never starts the 1st time - never stays connected. I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it to get it to work and that doesn't always work. Move on to another product to eliminate daily frustration. Not fun when a car won't start from inside a building with perfect wifi in 14 ° weather. One year later....still doing the same thing. I don't think any bugs were fixed. 15° out this morning - tried to start car but the app froze. Had to uninstall and reinstall. Edited

Hello,
Sorry to hear the app is still not working well for you. That isn't the norm, esp. the part about it freezing up. I'd like to get more detail on that if possible; can you send a help ticket using the utility in the app? That captures detail about the app, handset version, OS version that is useful to the developers.

Been a long time user and the service has gotten progressively worse. The app works every 1 out of 50 tries. Already tried deleting and re installing, using different networks and nothing works. Just keep getting the same error message. Have tried calling and have been kept waiting for hours without service. Also had no luck with emails. You would expect atleast a little more professionalism in their customer service but I guess not.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!!! I've had this for over a year. This company has some of the worst customer service that I've ever received. If there is ever an issue with their product the customer service is basically none existant. I have an issue where their product from my smart phone would regularly not start my car. I'm talking trying to start in 20 times in a row. When I contacted them their response is super slow at best. (takes them weeks to response to just one tech support email)
