Talked to customer support on two different occasions. Both people I talked to acted like I was bothering them and couldn't be less helpful. App is reading way to high 346MPH. One just said sign out of the App and sign back in. Didn't even stay long enough to see if it worked. The second person was no better except that she said the problem was with my phone and to call call the manufacturer. Nothing else that she could and hung up!!

I've had this system since 2016. It works for my 09' Nissan vehicle without issue. My problem is the app doesn't contain the functionalities of the fob. I can't change the sensitivity of the sensors for alerts, can't utilize valet, and can't regulate anything at all with the app. I prefer to use the app as a fob. I always have my phone, the fob is poorly crafted and breaks easily. To replace the LED fob is ridiculous considering the advancements available with other products & competitors.

For a service that you pay $70 for annually, it would have been good to at least get a $30 satisfaction. This app defies all logic, slows down always, no notifications, performs irrationally at times, and not a single update for years. Viper should do better than this. Seem to be working much better since my re activation a year ago. Getting customer service is still a nightmare...

I changed my review from 4 stars to 1. Like EVERYONE else says, it works about 30% of the time. Once again I'm late for work and getting the kids to school because I can't unlock my car. Constant 'failed communications' errors. Have restart the phone/uninstall-reinstall the app, and usually still doesn't work. Once my subscription runs out I will be purchasing a different remote start product and throwing this in the trash.

I've had the system installed when I purchased my Highlander in 2015. It worked great for the first 2 1/2 years, summer for AC and winter for heat. The last 2 1/2 I've been having intermittent success in starting the car...I would say 35% of the time it works. Nothing has changed as to where I park my car for work or at home. However, the success rate seems to keep dropping. I wish it worked like it did when I first got the car and starter system. Edited
