I appreciate the ability to see the map and the wait times for the attractions and that was the positive. What I found annoying/buggy was needing to do the reCAPTCHA on some pages repeatedly, difficulties with buying tickets where I need to set my web browser to not use Dark mode in order to see the text I enter in the fields, and not being able to reserve a standby pass and had to get one of the staff members to reserve it for me. Made for a frustrating experience.

need a reliable internet connection to work. too confusing , too little explanation on how to use or what options are available, missed tons of opportunities for reservations. cannot load some essential QR codes so makes the app burdensome and constantly switching between the app and other apps in order to show QR codes

Awful. Difficult to use and confusing. I've used the Disney park app for other countries but I think this one is the worst by far. Not intuitive and difficult to find information Edited

A nice little app that lets you see the upcoming events and shows to help plan your trip. However, it had a tendency to freeze often or have loading issues with the map which required a force restart. Maybe a third party map plugin is not the best approach, you're Disney, I'm sure you can splash some funds into better plugins and optimisations. Little tip, bottom navigation doesn't work for Android phones, it's more an Apple design. Edited

I always got logout, I mean like within minutes. The app is very inconvenient especially when you need to reserved before entering. I tried to add guest and somehow my app is only allowed to add up to 2 guests, even if I tried to add guest number 3 when I reopen the app, it will only show 2. And if I am entering with my kids I can only book of them which makes it impossible to book all 3 of us and ultimately delaying at the entrance and also leads to a delay for everyone who are behind us.
