The Shanghai Disney app is extremely slow and unreliable. Pages take forever to load and sometimes don’t load at all. Even when trying to purchase tickets at 12:30am, the app still struggled to work properly. For a company like Disney, I expected much better. It’s 2026 — this app seriously needs a server upgrade and performance improvement.

I tried to claim the coupon and clicked “Redeem Now,” but the application keeps sending me back to the beginning. Even after I successfully redeem the coupon, when I proceed to checkout, the coupon does not appear or cannot be applied.

The app doesn't work after the new update. I try to sign in, it freezes. I try to view the premier pass or early access. It states that 'magic is happening' and then it is stuck on a white screen. Please fix this. Disney has made it so that the app is crucial for your visit, how am I to enjoy my time at the park if the app isn't functional?
