I have had a positive experience with the vehicles, I use them frequently. However, I parked the vehicle standing up on the sidewalk outside my house today, as I always do, and someone reported that I parked it incorrectly, prompting a scolding text from Veo. I cannot understand how to inquire with the dozens of help prompts, so I'll leave a mediocre review. If I can't park it on private property, a sidewalk, or on the street, where am I supposed to park it in a residential neighborhood?

EDIT:FU 1 YEAR LATER NO EQUIPMENT. I used to have a choice of which company to use, but this company kicked four competitors out of my city and failed to provide any equipment to the city. I'm late for the sporting event and I have to walk 2 miles because this company is supposed to have equipment in the city and it doesn't. I want choice I want my city to get rid of Veo. Very inconvenient, Even if they do get it together and finally provide equipment, I can only use it at dock. Edited

I almost never rate apps unless they're exceptional. Veo charges YOU for the flaws of their service - If one of their busted vehicles you rent refuses to "end ride" you pay for it until it runs out of battery ($36 after a prolonged correspondence to lower it.). Also, don't count on the ridable map territory being 100% correct, sometimes sections work and sometimes they don't, resulting in the possibility of riding a Veo to a location that's on the map and then being unable to "end ride." Scam. Edited

Hi Eli, totally understand your frustration. Could you please let us know your phone number (to [email protected]) so we can refund you and investigate what happened to your ride?

For the most part, the bikes are very helpful and distributed evenly on my area. The support team has been fairly quick and understanding as well. However, several times recently I have encountered an issue when I start a ride. The bike moves for the first few seconds, then it power off. The app tells me I cannot park, because I am "outside the forced zone." I'm not sure what that error means, but it has forced me to walk the bike to where I found it, charging me in the meantime.

They charged $10 to load into your wallet. If you have issues, it's non-refundable! Not worth the hassle! Found a vehicle, started the ride but kept loading in the app. I tried to end it but I couldn't because the vehicle was in a red zone. I had to push the vehicle in a red zone to end the ride (while its alarm was going off because i was pushing it). I was never able to use another vehicle because they were all out of service. I had to go with the good ol reliable Razor! Edited
