I've recorded 3 videos. 1 was shareable, then disappeared. The others never appeared. connecting to social media does not work either. Looking for bomb bomb alternative. Not sure I've found it though. I'm putting a lot of effort into recordings that seem to vanish when complete. Edited

Useful and friendly tool, multiple updates since I signed on over a year ago and the platform keeps improving. Customer service is outstanding. I use it as a video platform not as a CRM, thus five stars when a more robust video editing option is included. You can trim videos, that's about it. We don't want to recreate final cut pro, we simply want more rudimentary cut/splice/sound editing options. It is now a vital tool for my business and I'm always finding new ways to use it. My associates feel the same and Dubb is perfect for the virtual environment in which we currently live.

Stellar service - the web platform could be more reliable and include some better UX elements - the video editing interface is a almost impossible.. Adding stickers, resizing, rotating, etc should be easy - as it is now, editing on mobile isn't worth it, though its great for quick videos to send to clients after meeting them in person

Update: app is crashing again! When I edit videos it crashes immediately Update: Wow. Looks so much better, has not crashed so far and I'm excited to start using the mobile version! App crashes whenever you try to edit the video. Gets two stars because it at least uploads the video, but the editing issue has been there for over a year and has falsely been claimed as fixed a few times. Edited

Dubb Video is a great App for sending videos and touching base with your clients and leads in a personal way. People don't like lengthy emails, but they do love videos My last phone (an old android) couldn't really cope with the app. But my new Android phone works like a charm. Keep up the great work. Can't wait to see how the App develops.
