I've tried this app with my Google Pixel 7A and I just can't log in to it any more. I get as far as ticking the terms and conditions box and it just says "Login Failed". It doesn't say why, or give you the chance to verify or to change password. Then, as others have said you cant close the app without going into the phone settings for apps and force closing the app. I've paid for 'Turn by Turn' navigation on my 2025 Multi V2S and it won't work. update Feb 2026. the issue seems to have resolved Edited

- only intermittently works - wants to be ON 24 hours a day, always trying to connect. I only want it on/looking to pair when I am riding my bike. When I force stopped it, only way to turn it off, doesn't work again, need to reinstalling then lose my ride data. - UPDATE - Ducati replied below, I followed this advice and no-one has contacted me. I have a 2025 Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono (second model year for this bike) and there still is no way to add my bike... WHY IS MY BIKE NOT LISTED?? Two stars.. (cuz I'm a fair guy)I can see the potential and I dig the forward thinking... but maybe you guys should budget in getting some A+ tech guys.. I know you can. I will re-rate this in the future.

The idea is good but the execution is quite poor. With some work it could be a good app. I cannot delete an itinerary, I cannot exit a new itinerary without saving. I cannot view other itinerary as an '' unexpected error occurred" for every itinerary. And this is only a handful of issues I have come across. As it is now it is more or less unusable. Shame on you for releasing a poorly tested app. Back to the work bench.

worst app ever when I buy a $1000 nav upgrade on my bike and you have to use this junk app to use it. If you play music the screen will freeze if you make to many detours it can't help you then you have to pull over and close out of the app and re start but if cell service is low it won't load. I still can't get the voice to come through the speakers but the radio is fine the app is junk
