If I could give less than 1 star, I would. Having trouble logging onto my account via the web browser so I decided to try the app. Tried logging on and received a msg saying "accounts are unavailable while we perform updates". They've apparently been "performing updates for the past month". What's the point of the app if I can't log in? I installed this and immediately uninstalled.

Can't login. Have the same problem with their website. Think they would have fixed the problem already. This issue have been going on for well over a year. App is great when you get logged in your account. The app is worthless when you can't. From reading other reviews I'm not the only one with the issue. I have reported this issue a few times with no fix yet. Good thing the lineman don't fix the power lines like the IT guys fix the log on issue. We all wouldn't have any power.

Way to go. Your App's issues with logging in seem to be pretty well documented, looking at the reviews here. But I'm not seeing any response or fixes out of authors. Why us it that when your App updates, it seems to be removed from my Samsung Pass / Biometrics acct, without to much as a pop-up or any form of notice? Now I'm left hanging scrambling to login. If you can't resolve my (and apparently countless other's) issues, at least have the courtesy of letting us know, and hang it up.

Tried to use the app to pay my bill and it said something went wrong your payment was not successful. Refreshed checked all my payment info, re-entered my payment and something went wrong again payment was not successful. So I go to the website and it says I have a zero balance. My bill was paid! I may have paid it twice and I won't know for 3 days cause its ACH. Grrr. Discontinue this app or fix it! Edited

Just clicking on the app automatically gives me "an error just occurred " message. Nothing happens after I input my log in information. I have a brand new phone, so the error can't be my phone. Incredible that the #2 power company in the US can't even get a functioning app. Maybe your CEO shouldn't be making millions if you can't even get the basics of an app to work. Laughable.
