Do not use this app. I ordered from them in the past and recently. They wanted a pdf of my recent phone bill and a bill from my previous mobile provider and when I told them I can only get a paper copy of a bill from a closed mobile account, they had the cheek to accuse me of fraud. Their customer service keep you waiting for weeks and then contridict each other. Google needs to ban this app

FRAUD! DO NOT buy from them. I purchased an Amazon gift card on 25 Feb 2025 & haven't received it yet, 5 March. First, they don't mention verification might be needed during purchase process. Second, they ask u to do an automated verification from 3rd party site. U think that's it, but no. It's just their way of stealing data. They will ask for additional photos & make u wait for 2 working days WHICH NEVER END! EVERYBODY REPORT THIS APP as suspicious bc all they do is steal money & data. Edited

Absolutely awful, you end up paying way over the odds for stuff, think I paid 80 for a 50 pound voucher... Which I still don't have 3 days later cos they need to verify me whatever that means, currently just sat there with my money, I have no gift card and customer support do not respond at all

I bought off dundle 4 100 gift cards costing me 443 aud and they said that they couldn't complete the purchase but still took my money and haven't replied to me about a refund it was now 5 days ago when they its 1-3 days

my experience with app is stressful. you fix it. every time go buy a gift card. I have create new email address so I can pass the security wall. Nightmare. I am not a scammer. I like help people. dundle please fix this security wall. even if I wait two days. with same email address I use for last payment it still will come up with the security wall. I understand you are just to protect people just this just stressful and annoying.
