Best shopping app available. Very convenient and user friendly. Very fun to use. The payment and return services are perfect. You can easily return items from different orders together and select items you like to pay first. The app calculates the sum and directs you to your bank. It's very visually represented and intuitive. It's actually the opposite of the poor Zalando app which doesn't provide you with a visual overview at all.

One of the easiest shopping apps. I love it that you can return items from multiple orders together and no extra printing is required. Search function and filters work well. The only improvement I could think of is that it would be convenient that the app remembers where I left off if I got interrupted and had to close the app for a few minutes.

App is good, but some login flows are broken. I got a new phone and I can no longer log in. I tried both in the app and the browser. The forgotten password flow is completely broken. I get a message that the token is expired even if I just received the email with the link and token. I tried this flow multiple times in the past 2 months and it is still broken. Maybe have some automated tests so these things don't go unnoticed forever?

Can't create an account! Every time I try and set up my password, on either my mobile phone or laptop, as soon as I type in the 8th character of my new password, the sign up page redirects me to a search page and all my details are erased and I have to start the whole process over again. Highly frustrating!

Love the app and the Wehkamp service. Schedule deliveries in tight windows, quick delivery and very easy return policy. They even come and pick it up at home Onan agreed time slot (for premium accounts only but def. worth the expense;-)
