Very bad. Never get the deals they offer. You get 100% free item but have to buy $35 worth of stuff. Supposed to get part of previous order cash back but have to spend min. of $35 and when I did that I never got any money. Offer you certain number items free but don't. The stuff you get are smaller than the pictures show and things look cheap and break easy. I do like the clothes except you have to get 2 sizes bigger than you normally wear

They did their usual bait and switch. Offer a discount/promo, and then when time to check out, those items disappear after payment made. Spoke with customer service and was told I might have not met requirements. I spent more than was required and still had time left. Their response was to send me links to cancel my order..which would have been great, IF they worked. So I ended up buying stuff for a promo that I never got. Then they text saying I can buy those items in a new order. Edited

Good luck to you if you ever need to contact support as they are less than helpful if the automated bots are unable to resolve. Upper supports results in copy/paste responses. You're able to find cheap items, and shipping speeds are reasonable. The gotcha games/messages that are constantly being thrown in your face are a bit annoying and misleading. Edited

Extremely confusing. You brought me to check out 3 different times, told me I would be buying items in my cart then forced me through 2 additional screens where suddenly I'm only buying 2 items from this weird promo things you do. I have no clue what's going on.... I'm just trying to buy things but even when I get to checkout through a promo you hide the items! Very sneaky and deceptive. Also denied a refund for items not delivered. Had to file charge back on card to resolve. Edited

I mean, yeah it has cheap stuff, and it seems reasonably reliable, but don't get too sucked into the free stuff and the games. The games themselves are questionable, wirh progress slowing down when at 99.5 The way they basically are there is a pyramid scheme almost where it's forcing a chain of folks to with invite links just to get to the free thing faster. Also a TON of high pressure sales tactics too and graphics that push a sense that you must buy something now or never get a chance again.
