The delivery is very slugish and very delayed even the updates and customer service is very poor, you can't connect to them easily. My order was still ON PROCESS even though it lapsed my date of delivery. They haven't prepared my order even after the delivery date. I even ordered again to test if it will turn out the same and yes, my order was delayed again. I suggest to go to your specific brand app and order there. Edited

I ordered from this app and they gave out a tracking number that doesn't exist. Everytime I try to type in the tracking number they sent it says no order information found. No one is also answering on the app everytime I ask for a live agent. its been 10 days since I placed the order and still no parcel yet. Edited

The app itself performs really well and has never had any technical issues. The items available here are also generally better in quality compared to other e-commerce platforms. The downside is the shipping process, which takes much longer than other platforms. The discount offers also feel a bit like clickbait since the available sizes are usually limited. Another drawback is the lack of detailed user reviews — most people just leave star ratings without any written comments.

Zalora made a wrong delivery. Wanted a refund and returned items as received. Yet they said I need to pass the quality check!!! Did you do a quality check before you shipped the item out???? if Zalora did, then this shouldn't have happened. Then I need to "Pass the return Quality Check!" on an item I returned because IT WAS THE WRONG ONE! Opened the box and closed it and yet still you have templated reponses and forever process!
