I'm currently in the trial phase of this app and I sent a message asking how I read incoming and outgoing messages and how I can see the call logs as well as incoming and outgoing calls. I got a message stating the fat was outside of their scope and that I wouldn't need to contact it technical support vendor to help me with the issue. This is your app and you can't help me with it? So far I'm not happy.

Hello Lady K, we are sorry but our application cannot read messages. Messages are usually crypted and can be read only its own application. Our app also do not log the calls. The features you have mentioned have never been part of our application. You can limit time of usage of apps, see the reports of the usage etc.

I realise this product is being discontinued, but would you care to explain why the location notification is extremely error-prone at the moment? E.g. just received a notification that my child is currently at 15 of the 20 specified zones at the same time (physically impossible) as opposed to being upstairs in bed. Not the first time in recent days, but the most extreme misinformation. Edited

In general the app has been helpful. However, of late it has been more faulty which is frustrating for both my child and myself. Locator is wrong even when refreshed, have to repeatedly enter time increase for it to work, time increases doesn't always reflect what was entered. I think it's ridiculous that the app does not allow parents to be alerted of all inappropriate contents accessed. Lowest setting allows parents to be informed if their child accesses 50+ inappropriate websites per week.

I would not recommend this app from personal experience. It is most suited for small children, but otherwise, I'd recommend finding a different app. As a 13 y/o with this specific app installed, I have figured out many different ways to bypass or even uninstall the app. Also, everything is under one time limit, causing stress. From a couple of friends' experiences, it ruined their relationship with their parents as they no longer saw them as parents but prison wardens. Also, is a complete virus. Edited

Hi, keep in mind that Android is an open platform, meaning a child with advanced technical skills can uninstall any third-party app. Time limit adjustments can be applied to individual apps or the entire device, but only parents have the ability to make these changes. If you'd like to modify any restrictions, please talk to your parents about it.
