I'm a US visitor. I need this app for my parking/tolls, but when I try to create an account with my 9 character US passport number, it says 10 character minimum. My wife is Tica, so we have a BAC account, so I should be able to use this app. But due to this restriction, I can't. Please fix, as it's unusable for me.

This app won't open even when it's been installed for the first time. Fix it and let us know when it's fixed. Samsung A32, Huawei P30 and Xiaomi Redmi Note tested, none of them worked!

Basura no se puede ni ingresar al app. Parqueo que necesita validación no se puede validar, a pagar precio completo por esta porquería que no sirve
