The app genuinely doesn't work. You're better off using literally any other bank in Panama. "Third-World Banana Republic bank", and even that doesn't begin to describe the lack of quality. Edit: After the reply, I gave them another go at one of their branches. It wasn't the employees fault, she did all she realistically could. Its the fault of the management THAT YOU CAN'T EVEN DO ON APP FUNCTION ON THE COMPUTER. Not to mention, the app doesn't work. Not even on their company phone. THE ADS LIE Edited

It is a very good app but it is missing some features: 1. Hide accounts and other products. 2. Allow to transfer money through ACH Express to favorites 3. Show the Merchant when a transaction is in Transit. Edited

I keep getting adds on this app. Thing is the 3rd time I write the review and keeps getting deleted. I do NOT want it running in the background, I do NOT want to use it to pay and I do NOT want to just disable the notification (so it keeps running but without telling me?) Update: I completed the survey as requested by the developer on the below comment. No response, zero, nada. Edited

App keeps draining my battery and working in the background, even after logging out. And it keeps working in the background and I have to manually stop the app every single time I open it. And even after I manually stop it, I get notifications from my phone saying that I need to put the app in deep sleep mode because it's draining my battery and because it keeps crashing and getting errors. Please update the app to fix these issues asap!
