Used Fever before, but never impressed. Saw an ad on FaceBook for COSM and had trouble purchasing tickets. couldn't get payment information to work. Downloaded the app, can't get any of the phone or email verification to work. Realized tickets on the app are 30% more. For some reason, there's an option to delete credit card information but can't add CC information. Which brings me back to square one, where I can't get payment to work on FB, where the discounted ticket is.

Hardly any events in my area. The app has a "Top 5 events" section, Columbus OH only has 4 listed. In a major city with loads going on all the time. THEY DON'T OFFER REFUNDS. I accidentally booked the wrong day, immediately contacted them, and they refuse to refund me. Safe to say, they can't afford to lose out on a single penny since their app is clearly dying. They told me that they would credit me and the credit would be valid for 9 months. Would be fine if there was ANYTHING else to go to

The app is horrible! Also, it doesn't matter if you accidentally purchased tickets, since the app is confusing to use, you will not get any refunds. They only give you a voucher that must be used by a certain time. Also, if you try to update your tickets on this app, it purchases additional tickets. Don't use it unless you want to lose money. I lost over 200 dollars . Edited

Arrived 615p for a 6p show and doors were locked, no rescheduling, no reimbursement, nothing. But I needed to experience this, so I purchased the tickets again, and I'm so happy I did! It was amazing, the candlelight, the music, and the dialogue between the musicians and the audience was the perfect touch. Bottom line arrive early!

I bought 4 adults + 1 child ticket for an event but we needed to change the time on our tickets. The app has a ridiculous process that requires cancelling the original tickets and repurchasing with an emailed voucher. Upon following the steps, the app would not allow me to repurchase the child ticket because it was separate from the adults (even though they were purchased together). I then had to go through a lengthy process over email with Fever customer support. Very disappointing experience.
