every time the app was clicked on it performed a full download of all it's contents. this is a needless waste of data allowances. The worst of all was that information about shuttle buses was never published. the app is badly designed and its management defective.

It's lacking any useful features, or at least, it's extremely difficult to navigate. And I would consider myself very good with tech, but I couldn't find the race standings or concert info or where things are (correction, the map exists but it's under "select my activities"?!?)... the very basics. It's basically just a convoluted newsfeed. Edited

App seems well laid out, but I'm unable to properly use it as its causing my phone to crash every time it's open. It's usable for roughly a minute before crashing my full phone with me unable to even switch the screen off. Please fix ASAP
