Annoying, Error Prone, and horrifically complicated to use. I have to use this to clock in and out for work and this is the most bloated, slow, and needlessly complex thing I have had to use. I just want to clock in and out for work without digging through multiple layers of menus and login screens. why can't this be simple?

The employee forms section is having a problem with the header making completion of the forms provided by the employer impossible to complete. The continue/finish button disappears and there is no ability to navigate thru the form once you've clicked on a field to complete the info requested. It's extremely frustrating. The only forms I was able to complete were the Gusto provided forms like the W4 and I9. All others, even signature only forms, had issues.

I got let go from my job. this app shows that I should have a deposit dated June 21. it's now June 25th, I've sent multiple emails and don't have my deposit nor have I received an email back. edit: even though the app ignored my 5 contacts to be emailed, they responded as soon as I put up a 1 star review. so I am editing this to a 3 star. it's a good app when it works. The app is easy to use, but on all of my devices, whether they are connected via wifi or cellular data, the app runs like garbage when it comes to loading pages. Update: taking away yet another star down to 2/5. The app doesn't seem to be improving its functionality. With every update there seems to be new quality of life issues. For example, with the most recent update autofill login fields no longer are functioning through Chrome. Edited

Honestly the worst payroll app Ive been forced to use yet. Didn't even get the option to use any of the banking features, just outright denied the option with no explanation. Yet again I'm missing a paycheck, and this is after updating your app, my boss talking with your help desk, and them assuring it'll "probably" be there monday (today). No notifications of it being late, we've just moved on i guess. Good News is the link to the help center is literally the only link in the app that is dead
