It's okay...and kind of a good way to relearn the game if it's been a while. I don't like the way it seems to finish...and it always seems like the Phone starts out winning...from taking the first crib, to amazingly having a pair for whatever I seem to play. Also would like to see a slower count so I can follow my opponants scoring better. Still pretty new at it and really only installed it so I could remember how to play with a friend. Funny...I wrote this a few years ago & they just looked! Edited

Gameplay is fun. Did not encounter any bugs in gameplay. The frequency of ads is just too high. Each round is accompanied by an ad, which means for one game, you watch 10 to 15 ads. I understand completely that this is why the game is free, and it helps pay developers and all the other jazz that they say in reply to low ratings. Longer ads, at a reduced frequency, would be better, in my opinion. I uninstalled the app.

Good for learning, biased to the phone. Game gives you a phenomenal breakdown outlining all the ways to win points. However, the computer does not like to lose. If you play a 5,bot has a 10, if you play a 10, bot has a 5 nearly every time. You have to give 2 cards to the crib, you put a high card in, its the last jack it needed for a full house. I understand its trying to teach strategy through losing, but every time? Give the game 100% random card dealing, and its 5 stars.

The game itself looks good and plays smoothly. The explanation mechanic makes it really easy to learn the game but beyond that it is incredibly frustrating to play against a computer that always the exact cards it needs and does not like to lose. No matter how well you do, the "phone" always has a better hand. If the cards that were dealt out were actually random, this would be a great game.

I love this! I love how clean it is, and how you can do manual scoring. I also love the detailed scoring feature, and how even if you exit the app it will save your game. Honestly, I only wish it had an option to play with other people. It's definitely good for practice though, I feel much faster and I've learned a new strategy for how to organize my cards. Edited
