*Update* The app still refuses to let me log in as of 11/11/25 This app is completely worthless! I have not been able to get logged in, can't get logged in, can't do anything. It will not let me enter my password completely. I've deleted the app and reinstalled it along with other things to attempt logging in, all with no success. Very bad!! I can't even rate the optional items because I haven't been able to experience the app at all. UPDATE 02/13/26 STILL THE WORST APP I HAVE EVER USED! Edited

This is the what app I've ever used. It constantly crashed, takes 3-4 sign in attempts to log on, passwords don't work at random, card number details don't work at random/anymore, logging in has completely failed altogether, there's Zero customer service, you have to call and get your balanace now, I'm unable to get any bank statements at all. It's really not all that surprising though lol. A govt sponsored money app, i mean who are we kidding here lol, they don't care about us.

It worked great for about a month but than everytime I would log on it wouldn't work, it would just shut down immediately! I've restarted my phone, uninstalled the app and reinstalled it again and nothing worked!!! Constant crashes! Even still while reviewing it won't finish loading the tell us more option! Reviewing your balance is never right either. Worst app ever! Edited

Terrible app. The inputs when you create an account laggy. If you type too fast, it eats your inputs. And transferring money to an external account from the app fails and never tells you why. I didn't know there was a limit until I tried the website. That at least showed an error message. But by then, it still fails due to "too many requests". Just really bad user experience.

It's a great App (being able to see balance w/o log-in when working), but the reason for the 2 stars is because of the continuous log-in issues. And their unwillingness to work with you on fraud protection. I shop at a gas station once a week and can't make more than one purchase. My mist frequent station can't make more than 4 purchases. I have to draw from ATM or drive to another station.
