This app collected all my personal information, including Emirates ID and salary details, just to tell me I'm not eligible for a credit card. It feels like a data collection tool rather than a genuine service. I'm very concerned they might be using or selling this data for marketing purposes. As someone who has been in Dubai for 4 years and applying for a credit card for the first time, this experience was disappointing and feels misleading. Be cautious before sharing your personal details.

Sales person of this credit cards are fraud. They told me there is no annual fee and card is totally free. I got 400 AED charges in first bill. When I contacted customer care they are telling sales person have given wrong information and cannot waive charges. They have not taken any action and I had paid my hard earned money as annual charges. Fraud company..

I was asked to make a strong password after choosing forget password option. I fulfilled the criteria for password creation but the application was not accepting it. Please fix this error asap

Extremely disappointed with the customer service. I had an urgent issue and tried contacting the call center—waited on hold for over 50 minutes, and still no response. This is unacceptable for a financial service provider. If you're offering credit card services, responsive support should be a priority. Please improve your customer care team’s availability. A poor experience like this seriously affects user trust. Edited

there is no otp for most online transactions and money is directly debited. also no option to disable online transactions in the app. please bring this option along with daily transaction limit.
