EVERY UPDATE MAKES IT WORSE! the last update in January i wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy to install! I haven't been able to log in, see anything, check anything since this last "update". its been a week plus; the second I type my password in the app shuts out! Definitely switching banks. There's always an issue with this app but never an issue when they charge that monthly 3.99 thou Edited

I've been a exceed customer for over 15 years and the last year I've been having so much problems it's ridiculous I've recently went to one card which is wayyyyyyy better then exceed I highly recommend them. and I also found a money glitch it worked twice for me. I had a balance of $1000.00 and I kept trying to send it to another account to pay rent and every time I hit send it kept saying trying again later so I kept doing and doing it and it sent 3gs. I'm not saying to do it but it works lol. Edited

Just time to find another bank. Its only a matter of time before we wont be able to access our money. Let alone my quick balance has been showing inaccurate balances, and the app just shuts down when I try to sign in. Then I call customer service they are hard to understand and when I mention the app they either hang up or get a major attitude. Not worth the heartache. I guess the 2.8 stars this app has is right.

this app is the worst! I have been having problems signing in constantly, also it has been just closing down out of the blue. updated it today and it wouldn't let me sign in saying it doesn't recognize my username and password! Uninstaller and reinstalled it and it's still not working properly. this app has been given me problems for the past two years, I think ima have to go through someone else.

It's not the best app. easy to use when it works. I have had consistent issues with logging in (can't log in due to system issues or it decides not to recognize me randomly) I've had to re-download the app a couple of times just to be able to log in again. And if you get in - sometimes the balance will show, other times it's blank. my piggy bank account has disappeared and reappeared severL times. frustrating experience
