good when it works but very unreliable, sometimes the bus stops just don't show the map and the search feature comes up with no results making the app useless. I like being able to see where the bus is on the map because that's more accurate than the time tables. We get a lot of replacement buses in the area and some of them are not tracked, but the counter still goes for them.

Pointless. No timetables. No ability to plan a journey for even the next day, let alone a week's time. The live view is mostly made up, I watched a bus on the app sail past me, stopping at all the stops, but it didn't exist. A waste of time. Update: nearly two years later and little improvement. No ghost buses recently, and timetables are sort of available, but it says "technical issues" so often that that's what they should change the name of the app to. Shame I can't give 0 stars. Edited

Can't find a way to contact you otherwise and I figure this will gain more traction. Since the latest update my bus isnt there, meaning the app is useless to me now. There is a bus to the city centre, but nothing to the town centre (a 40 min journey). This has happened with a few buses, when I type them in it shows no services available (while I'm actively sat on that very bus). I don't know if this is a glitch for a few people or an overall issue after the update but it needs to be resolved. Edited

Rubbish. Unintuitve and not much help. It shows where the bus is but gives ZERO clue as to how long it might take to get to your stop - which is ridiculous as the signs at the stop show this - so why doesn't the app? Also there are often a number of buses that go to the same stop - yet you have to click on each bus number separately and keep flicking to and fro. Once you have nominated a stop it should show you all the buses going there at once. Also can't reverse direction of buses for return

Better than before but still unintuitive. Positives: I really like the live bus tracker icons with direction arrows and the route lines, map controls have improved. Settings are clear Improvements: it should be more like GMaps or the nat rail app. I'd like to be able to type a destination, a start point, and get the time table. When I search a bus number it seems incomplete results, and no filter option to pick one direction, and it shows just the list of stops when I want the timetable.
