Tried to use the app with a new vehicle, and after manually entering the new plates, my parking spot was assigned to my old vehicle. Called the Parking Services office, whose number is listed in the app. They claimed to "know nothing about the app" and told me they have no control over anything in the app, and directed me to ParkMobile. ParkMobile's number is an automated menu that offers no help whatsoever. Definitely the most flawed parking arrangement I've seen in a city.

The only reason to use this is because there's no other choice. There's an additional transaction fee on every session, there's a 30 or 40 minute (depending on location) minimum parking time and there's very little in the way of managing your parking -no way to end a session early or transfer your time to a new location, for example. The only saving grace is that it complicates checking for expired time by the City - really improves the chance and frequency of people not paying at all. Edited

Payments are a mess. Only allows two cards to be saved, but no way to delete or edit any of the old payment methods. Doesn't allow you to pay with amex but allows you to add an Amex card with no warning that you won't be able to use it. You try and change the payment method from the pay for parking screen and it deletes the details of your parking payment when you return.

Literally the worst app I've ever downloaded. 😬 Crashes randomly. Problems at every turn while signing up. Finally got to the end to enter our duration and the button to submit simply didn't work. We've been messing with this app for fifteen minutes. We are parking elsewhere simply because the app doesn't work and there's nowhere else to pay in person. 😠

While I've fortunately not experienced towing or fines, often I find myself using this app as I walk the rest of the way to my destination. It's just so slow and glitchy. I have places to be!! It no longer accepts PayPal despite the option remaining. I feel it's charging more than what a meter would. My parents call me to remotely pay for them. It works out of state so I guess that's nice? AI can fix your code if you're too lazy to hire a developer to do so lmao Inexcusable.
