I've had a premium account off and on for a few years. I use it for the forecast feature that is supposed to lay out the best times, areas and baits by species. In the past, I've gotten tired of this feature saying the same thing for months at a time or saying no info is available. I went ahead and bought a 1 year membership today and hoped it was better. I went straight to the forecaster and every single species says there is no information available. It's completely useless and I wasted $50.

Most of the lakes in my County do not have the Contour depth lines or bottom structure or vegetation. One Lake doesn't even show up on the map but all the little icons do. Pretty stupid. Can't give zero, but their upgrade option is not even worthy of the title "bait and switch." I was looking at a local lake in the free version and the premium was advertised. I was interested to see the topology of the lake and vegetation structures, so I opted in. The app doesn't have that information for the lake I'm fishing. I tried to get to a Contact Us page to ask for a refund, but the help page link redirects to the app. I guess I'm out $10, but you don't have to be.

No longer works for downloading maps. Gets stuck at 67% doesn't matter which device. Last year I was able to download maps to cell phone & tablet. Now it no longer completes. Nothing works. Also tried it on different internet providers. When I am on lake & cell coverage not available, I used to be able to view my downloaded map and use GPS to find my position on the lake. Pretty useless without that capability. The browser interface doesn't open the map you search for. Edited

Cons: Click catch on map 2 see details but can't see entire lure name & can't click on it to see the rest? Much easier/smoother to use on laptop (very hard to find & go to your followed waterway maps on phone app or even desktop site on phone.) Glitchy when posting a catch, it won't show up so u question if u hit the right button? Post it again... later it shows up double posted & with incorrect catch dates/times (unless i do it on my laptop) Pros: Love seeing everyone's pics & Hot spots Edited
